Second Nepalese Man involved in Sydney CBD Brawl to appear in Court

Three men were charged on Monday over the brawl, while the forth man, a Nepalese national, has been charged this morning after the discharge from hospital about 3 pm yesterday. He was under police guard being treated for serious head injury in St Vincent’s Hospital. He has been refused bail to appear in court today.

Four men were involved in physical altercation in the Sydney CBD on Monday morning. Two of them were of Nepalese nationality.

They had an argument while crossing the path, which resulted in injuries. Sean Skudder, 21, punched Anish Shahi, 22, causing fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. Teejay Skudder, Sean’s older brother, was also injured allegedly by Marak Limbu, 25, using box cutter.

Sean was charged with affray and recklessly inflict grievous bodily harm, while Marak was charged with affray and reckless wounding. Similarly, Teejay and Anish has also been charged with affray.
