Helping Hands to Rainstorm victims from Australia

Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA), Australia has decided to donate $4000 to the victims of severe storm in various districts of Terai, including Bara and Parsa. For the donation, $3000 will be deposited in NRNA ICC Australia Emergency Relief Fund while $1000 will be provided to Association of Nepal Terai in Australia (ANTA) according to the spokesperson, Dila Kharel.

Likewise, ANTA has already initiated a Gofundme page to collect relief fund for the victims. They have been appealing for financial help from Nepalese residing in Australia during the time of sorrow. ANTA has also asked to deposit the amount alternatively in their account.

Further, NRNA Australia has decided to donate $1000 for Jaleswar Chaudhary for his treatment in Dubai on the appeal of Tharu Society of Australia. Chaudhary is originally from Khairani Municipality of Chitwan, who was working as a driver in Dubai. The fund was made available from the emergency relief fund of NRNA Australia.
