Melbourne, Australia – A Nepali has won 50,000 Australian dollars in Australia. Dipendra Paudel of Nepalese origin won about 45 lakh Nepalese money in ‘TV Show Who Wants to be a Millionaire’.
The event was broadcast live on Australian national television 9Now on Monday night. Dipendra Paudel, dressed in the Nepalese national dress, Dhaka cap and Daura Suruwal, reached there. He went to the event with his family and came back winning $50,000. He said that when luck and knowledge both support such events, the prize can be won.
Paudel is the CEO of Choice Academic College. He said that part of the 50,000 dollars received for the award will be spent on the education sector of Nepal. He has also mentioned that he is already interested in the attendance answer competition. His home in Nepal is Setidobhan in Syangja. He said that he will help the school in the same place.
