Police will investigate after a number of fires suspected of being deliberately lit on the state’s South Coast yesterday.
Between 4.15pm and 8pm yesterday (Saturday 17 August 2019), six spot fires were reported to emergency services in the Culburra Beach and Orient Point areas.
They were small spot fires in bushland areas and were extinguished with no damage to property.
Police attended each scene and conducted an extensive canvass.
Police are now appealing for anyone with information about the incidents, to contact Nowra Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
