Police in New South Wales shoot a man


Melbourne Australia, – Police in New South Wales have shot a man. He turned his shotgun on himself when apprehended by a police officer on the porch of the house where the shootings took place.

Police officers stopped a car heading north on the Pacific Highway around 10:30 a.m. Thursday. However, the occupant of the car had to shoot at the police. Police have arrested a 29-year-old man involved in the incident.

The arrested person has been taken to the hospital by the police and his condition is said to be stable.

Police are conducting further investigation into the incident.
