Multiple people have been injured in a shooting that occurred outside a nightclub in Prahran on Sunday morning.
Victoria Police has stated, “People were shot outside Love Machine nightclub near Little Chapel Street and Malvern Road about 3.20 am”.
Four people have been taken to hospital, as confirmed by the police. A 28-year-old man and an unidentified man are fighting for their life after sustaining serious injuries. A 29-year-old man and a 50-year-old man have suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
According to The Age a security guard was taken to hospital with gunshot wound to the face in a drive-by shooting from a stolen black Porsche Cayenne.
Investigation is underway and the exact circumstances are yet to be established by detectives. Victoria police have asked to avoid the area between Chapel Street and Little Chapel Street due to undergoing investigation.
Police are asking anyone with information or footage of the incident to contact them.
