Ruling coalition partner CPN (Maoist Centre)’s Standing Committee meeting has accepted the proposal of Bamdev Gautam to contest Nov 20 elections jointly under the MC’s election symbol after Dr Baburam Bhattarai.
Party spokesperson Krishna Bahadur Mahara said that the meeting held in Parisdanda on Tuesday morning approved the proposal for jointly contesting the election of the Nepal Samajwadi Party led by Bhattarai and the CPN-Unity National Campaign led by Bamdev Gautam.
