Blinc Ventures, a platform for social entrepreneurs, is organising a two-day women leadership conference on November 20 and 21.
Issuing a press release, Blinc informed that the conference was meant for professional women to identify and overcome social and personal bias to achieve their optimum potential. It informed that the conference would also support companies to learn and share ways to retain and nurture women employees.
In addition to virtual discussions and speeches on several pertinent issues related to gender biases and work-life balance, the conference will also offer workshops on personal branding, negotiation skills, raising investments and networking and a master class to help entrepreneurs formulate gender-friendly policies at the workplace.
According to the organisers, this conference aims to bring together 500 women business leaders and entrepreneurs from different industries to a single platform along with a hundred more mentor-mentee pairs through the pre- and post-conference activities.
This programme is supported by Kaabaadii.com and Dish Home. Blinc, through the press release, has informed that interested individuals can register for the event through its website and social media account.
