A case of gold smuggling worth Rs. 180 million has been filed in Birgunj after against Nibedika Sinha and her father Ashok Kumar Sinha, who is an Indian national.
On October 18, the police had seized 23 kilos of gold from flat number 303 of Shree Ganesh Apartment located in Resham Kothi, Birgunj Metropolitan City-5.
The Department of Revenue Investigation filed a case on Wednesday at the Birgunj-based temporary bench of Janakpur High Court after completing the investigation.
