Newly appointed Minister for Communication and Information Technology Rekha Sharma has been designated as a government spokesperson.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel today informed that the meeting of the Council of Ministers has formally announced minister Sharma as a government spokesperson.
