Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana has formed the Constitutional Bench on seniority basis of the judges in the Supreme Court.
The five-member Bench now is chaired by CJ Rana with senior most justice Deep Kumar Karki and Justices Meera Khadka, Harikrishna Karki and Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada.
Following dispute over the formation of the Bench to see into the HoR dissolution case in course of the hearing of the case, the CJ has informed that the Constitutional Bench will be formed on seniority basis, and fixed the hearing for June 6. (translated from RSS Nepali news edition)
