The ruling CPN-UML has decided to select Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ as the candidate for the upcoming by-election for the member of the National Assembly.
A source at the Ministry of Home Affairs informed The Rising Nepal that Home Minister Thapa was en route to Hetauda to register his candidacy.
