Police have arrested a fake Doctor from Birendranagar of Surkhet District.
Dil Bahadur Mahatara who was operating Samaj Dental Care at Birendranagar – 6 was arrested by police on Wednesday.
According to police, a local of Birendranagar visited the clinic of Mahatara following a toothache and she also deposited money for the same after Mahatara told her that the tooth should be extracted.
While removing a tooth doctor extracted another normal tooth also, and she faced extreme pain and excessive bleeding, and she started to doubt the Doctor.
According to Padam Bahadur Bista the District Police Office Chief of Surkhet, the victim has registered a complaint against Mahatara to the police. Following her complaint police arrested the fake doctor Mahatara.
He is a permanent resident of Shiwalaya Rural Municipality of Jajarkot district. Though 22 years’ Mahatara has been operating a dental clinic he has not studied Dental health.
According to police, during the opening statements, he admitted that he was not a doctor.
