Nepali Congress’s candidate Gagan Thapa is leading in the preliminary vote counting for the member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Kathmandu -4.
He has received 667 votes against his opponent Dr Rajan Bhattarai, who obtained 594 votes till the moment. (TRN)
