Nepali Congress leader Gagan Thapa has registered his candidacy for the post of General Secretary under the 14th General Convention of the Nepali Congress.
Earlier, the two leaders Minendra Rijal and Bishwa Prakash Sharma have registered their candidacies for the post of General Secretary.
