Haribol Gajurel has been appointed chief political advisor of Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.
Surya Kiran Sharma, PM Prachanda’s press coordinator, informed that Gajurel who is deputy general secretary of CPN (Maoist Center) was appointed today.
With Gajurel’s appointment as chief political advisor, PM Prachanda’s secretariat has become a 7-member unit.
PM Prachanda has earlier appointed Santa Kumar Darai as chief personal secretary, Ganga Dahal, PM’s daughter, and Ramesh Malla as personal secretaries, Manahari Timilsina, Surya Kiran Sharma, Shiva Khakurel and Gokarna Bhatta as assistant personal secretaries. Timilsina has been designated as press expert while Sharma as press coordinator of the PM. Pradip Raj Onta was earlier appointed as the PM’s personal photographer.
