Govt Will Work With Private Sector: PM


Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba Thursday said that the government would work with private sector for the economic development in the country.
During a meeting with the newly elected executive committee of the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) at his residence in Baluwatar, Prime Minister Deuba assured that the government would take the suggestions of the CNI positively and implement them to accelerate the COVID-19 affected economy
The Prime Minister also congratulated the newly elected team led by CNI President Vishnu Kumar Agrawal and wished for their successful tenure.
On the occasion, CNI President Agrawal stressed the need for proper management of COVID-19 vaccines for all to bring life back to normal and accelerate the country’s economic development.
He also urged the government to give priority to the industrialists and employees working in the industry sector while distributing the COVID-19 vaccines.
Agrawal also urged for the management of oxygen plants, cylinders and hospitals from now onwards as the risk of the third wave of COVID-19 was high.
The team apprised the Prime Minister of other problems facing by the business community.
