107-year-old Tanka Nath Bhurtel, the reportedly oldest one in the district, has died today morning.
He breathed his last at 7:30 am at his private residence in Ilam Municipality-5, said the family. Last rites of deceased Bhurtel will be performed in the Maikhola today itself, they said.
Bhurtel is survived by five sons and two daughters.
