Kathmandu Valley has been forced into a prohibitory order from Wednesday midnight. On Thursday morning, the city wore a deserted look with only a few vehicles plying the otherwise busy roads of the valley.
Security personnel have assumed their responsibility to ensure public do not violate the lockdown orders.
