The Covid-19 Crisis Management Centre (CCMC) Thursday formed a mechanism to address grievances of general public after a complete and partial restriction orders were imposed in several districts across the country.
Ganesh Panday, press advisor to Deputy Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel, said a mechanism had been formed today to immediately implement the complaints, grievances and suggestions of the people following a meeting of the CCMC directive committee held at Singha Durbar.
According to him, the mechanism has been set up to solve the problems within 24 hours by installing the toll free number 1140.
Similarly, CCMC has requested to contact 105 for the management of the body of a person who died of the infection of COVID-19 and 102 for ambulance services.
Similarly, those going abroad and coming from foreign countries are requested to fill up the form by visiting the official website of CCMC by logging into www.ccmc.gov.np.
Thus, a mechanism has been set up to facilitate the people affected from the restriction order.
The government has imposed restriction order in the Kathmandu Valley from April 29 to May 5.
