Nai Nabhannu La 6 is currently being shot in ‘Happy Dreams Chepti’ Fun Park in Ilam.
The film unit has made Happy Dreams Chepti, which was opened at a cost of Rs. 400 million in Mai Municipality-2 Ilam, as its main shooting spot.
A song and some movie scenes are currently being shot at the tourist spot, where hundreds of domestic and foreign tourists visit daily.
Priyanka Karki, Aanchal Sharma, Ashirwad Baral and Anubhav Regmi have done the lead roles in the movie directed by Bikasraj Acharya.
The movie is produced by Sibin Dahal and Sanjay Neupane. The shooting of the movie, which is scheduled to be released nationwide from April 14, is being shot for a week in Chepti.
Nitesh Oli, manager of Happy Dreams Chepti, said that more than 3,000 tourists visit Chepti to enjoy the artificial Chepti waterfall and the plants planted around it by bringing from different countries.
Dinesh Siwakoti, who has previously opened the Happy Land Selfie Hill in Jhapa, Surunga, has opened this Happy Dreams Chepti in the name of the local name Chepti in Mai Municipality 2. Happy Dreams Chepti spreads around 200 ropanis of land.
According to Siwakoti, Rs. 400 million has been spent to construct the fun park and it will require additional three billion rupees to complete it.
At present, tourists from the country and abroad come to visit this area and it is also being developed as a place for shooting movies and music videos, he informed.
