Traffic along the Narayangarh-Muglin road section has been obstructed again with recurring incidents of landslides at Charkilo.
The vehicular movement along the road has come to a halt after the landslide occurred at Ichhakamana rural municipality-6, Charkilo on Wednesday evening.
According to District Traffic Office Chitwan In-charge Dayakrishna Bhatta, the continuous fall of fluid along with the landslide last night disrupted the road traffic.
Landslide took place in the same place at 4.30 pm Wednesday. Vehicular movement has resumed on the road since 7.00 pm after the removal of debris.
Meanwhile, one way traffic of the Narayangarh-Naubise road stretch along the Prithvii Highway had brought into operation since Wednesday night following the clearance of landslide at Kurintar. Due to incessant rainfall and subsequent landslides for the past couple of days, the Narayangarh-Muglin road section and the Prithvi Highway have been recurrently obstructed.
