The Judge Advocate General’s Department of Nepali Army (NA), which is entrusted with the responsibility for organization’s human resource management, protection of cultures and traditions and military discipline, has concluded its conference on Friday.
NA’s Public Relations and Information Directorate said that the conference received serious feedback from former chiefs of Judge Advocate General’s Department of the NA on policy and planning formulation of the NA.
On the conference, Chief of Army Staff Pravu Ram Sharma said that the issues of organizational decorum, discipline, chain of command and morality were crucial for the NA and disobeying these was unacceptable for the NA.
Likewise, Vice Chief of the Army Staff Lieutenant General Saroj Pratap Rana, Assistant Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Sita Ram Khadka, Judge Advocate Lieutenant General Sagar Bahadur Thapa and other NA officials shed lights on NA’s human resource management, discipline, priorities of the organization and several other issues.
