The District Administration Office, Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Susta East) has urged district residents to adopt caution and compulsorily wear facemasks following increasing cases of COVID-19 lately.
In this regard, the DAO acted on the recommendation by a meeting organised here on the issue of COVID-19 prevention and treatment management, said Chief District Officer Suman Ghimire in a notice regarding the matter issued on Sunday.
An order has been issued asking people to strictly follow health protocols using a facemask, wash hands with soap and maintain physical distances, he said. Using facemask is compulsory while in public and visiting government and public organisations, schools and other institutions for service. (RSS)
