NCP Standing Committee Meeting begins


The Standing Committee meeting of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) has kicked off at the Prime Minister’s official residence at Baluwatar.

The meeting that was postponed for indefinite period since it was held on June 24 resumed today after Chairmen duo KP Sharma Oli, also Prime Minister, and Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ prepared the agenda for the meeting.

According to Ram Sharan Bajgain, media expert to the PM, the SC meeting started at 12:45 am, 45 minutes later than it was supposed to start.
