Subhash Chandra Nemwang, Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly and Vice Chairman of the CPN (UML), has said that there is a need for economic, social, and cultural change in Nepal.
While talking to the press after casting his vote, he said that the election for House of Representatives (HoR) and Provincial Assembly (PA) members will bring the change Nepal needs.
Nemwang, a candidate from Ilam, Constinency-2, cast vote early this morning at 7 AM, from Mahendra Ratna Multiple Campus, polling centre ‘Kha’.
Mahesh Basnet CPN (UML), a candidate from Ilam, Constinency-1, and Dambar Bahadur Khadka (Nepali Congress), a candidate from Ilam, Constinency-2, also cast their votes from the same polling centre as Nemwang this morning.
