Nepal has recorded its higest single day cases of the Covid-19 pandemic so far with 1016 new cases, as per a report by the Ministry of Health and Population.
A total of 13,461 PCR tests were done in the last 24 hours. Nepal’s total number of Covid-19 cases has risen to 28,257 and there are currently 10,563 active cases. 17, 495 people have recovered, and 114 people have died due to Covid-19 in Nepal.
Meanwhile, 205 people also tested positive from Kathmandu Valley. Of the 205, 138 are from Kathmandu, 50 are from Lalitpur, and 17 are from Bhaktapur.
