PM Oli returns home following medical tests in Singapore

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli returned home today following his health checkup in Singapore.

The PM had gone to Singapore on August 3 for his regular health checkup at the National University Hospital.

Speaker Krishna Bahadur Mahara, chairperson of the National Assembly Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Deputy Prime Minister Ishwor Pokharel, Home Minister Ram Bahadur Thapa, Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali and Nepal Communist Party general secretary Bishnu Prasad Poudel among others reached Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and welcomed PM Oli at TIA’s VVIP lounge.

Ministers, lawmakers and NCP leaders and cadres also reached TIA to welcome the PM. His health test started from August 4 and lasted a week. He was accompanied by a nine-member entourage including his spouse Radhika Shakya, his chief political advisor Bishnu Prasad Rimal, private doctor Dibya Singh Shah and personal secretary Rajesh Bajracharya.
