Singer Ram Krishna Dhakal’s tragedy song Kali was released in the capital on Thursday. Deepak Sharma has composed the music to the lyrics of Chinta Mani Siwakoti. The music video directed by Subrat Acharya features singer Dhakal himself while Namrata Sapkota, Dipesh Dhakal and Dipen Gautam Michael have also acted in the music video.
In the music video, Namrata is presented as a character who takes love lightly and cheats true love and gets easily attracted to other boys.
The song expresses the feelings generated in the mind when someone you love betrays you. Singer Dhakal expressed his happiness that the music video has been prepared according to the audio.
“I am confident the audience will like the lyrics of this song” he said.
He said he liked the lyrics of the song as soon as he heard them. “The music was sweetly created. The video has added more golden flavor to the song.”
Lyricist Siwakoti said that he wrote the song remembering the characters who gave him pain and trouble in the past and said that he felt joy while watching the music video.
Director Acharya said that the audio should be strong for the video to be good and said that no effort was spared in the video to do justice to the song Kali. Similarly, actress Sapkota expressed her happiness for getting a chance to do a different character after a long time.
