Top leaders of the ruling parties have agreed to call a meeting of the ruling alliance for Saturday.
At a meeting held at Baluwatar on Friday, Prime Minister and Nepali Congress president Sher Bahadur Deuba, CPN-Maoist Centre chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda and CPN (United Socialist) chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal decided to call the meeting.
Prime Minister Deuba’s chief personal secretary Bhanu Deuba informed that the meeting fixed the meeting of the ruling coalition parties for Saturday. However, they did not fix the exact time of the meeting.
Prachanda’s press coordinator Surya Kiran Sharma informed that upcoming elections are the agenda of the meeting. The top leaders will also analyse the recently held election of the National Assembly as well, said Sharma.
