Three Biplav activists have been arrested on charges of bomb blast at Manohara residence of former communication minister Gokul Baskota.
The team of Metropolitan Crime Division, Kathmandu arrested Laxman Sethi, Tek Lohar and Amrit Kumal.
“Three persons are arrested after they were found involved in the blast, further investigation is underway,” said Crime Branch Chief, Sahakul Thapa.
All the three arrested, kept at Teku, are under the leadership of Biplav party CPN-M.
A bomb was detonated at around 7:45am on 11 March in the compound of the under construction house of former Minister of Communication, Baskota. The explosion also damaged his neighbor’s home, along with Baskota’s residence.
