President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday appointed Umesh Shrestha as the Health State Minister.
Issuing a press statement on Sunday, the Office of the President informed that Shrestha was appointed as the state minister on the recommendation of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
The press statement also mentions that the responsibilities of the Health Ministry are currently upon Prime Minister Duba.
