CPN (UML) Secretary Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives (HoR) from Taplejung.
Bhattarai has registered a win by defeating Left-Democratic Alliance’s CPN (Maoist Centre) candidate Khel Prasad Buda Kshetri ‘Parag’.
Bhattarai secured the second tenure for the HoR by obtaining 21,943 votes. His comparator Buda Kshetri received 21,735 votes. (TRN)
