UML Takes Action Against 14 Of Its Lawmakers, Writes To Federal Parliament To Remove Them From Post


CPN (UML) has taken action against 14 of its lawmakers.

Rajendra Shrestha, spokesperson of the Election Commission, Nepal, confirmed that the Commission has received a carbon copy of the letter written by the UML to the secretariat of the Federal Parliament.

The UML has notified the parliament to remove 14 of its lawmakers from their position.

Madhav Kumar Nepal, Jiban Ram Shrestha, Mukunda Neupane, Ram Kumari Jhankri, Kalyani Khadka, Laxmi Kumari Chaudhari, Niradevi Jairu, Pushpa Kumari Karna, Sarala Yadav, Kalila Khatun, Birodh Khatiwada, Krishna Lal Maharjan, Bhawani Khapung and Metmani Chaudhari are among those the UML wants to remove from their position as the member of the parliament.
