Melbourne, Australia — The Nepalese Association of Victoria (NAV), in collaboration with Nari Nikunja Victoria, has announced Teej 2026 Celebration, promising an evening of culture, music, family entertainment, and community recognition for the Nepalese community in Victoria.

The event will be held on Sunday, 30 August 2026, at Epping Memorial Hall, with festivities beginning from 4:00 pm onwards. Organisers have made the event free for everyone, encouraging families, friends, and members of the wider community to attend.

This year's celebration will feature live performances by renowned Nepali artists Khuman Adhikari and Manju Poudel, alongside delicious Nepali food, DJ and dance, children's activities, and opportunities for community networking.

A special highlight of Teej 2026 will be the recognition of Women Leaders and Entrepreneurs of Victoria, honouring Nepali women who have made significant contributions to business, leadership, and community development across the state.

Organisers say the event is designed to be a celebration for the entire family, with activities catering to all age groups—from children to seniors—while preserving the cultural significance of the Teej festival and strengthening community connections.
