Portugal sea claims two Nepali lives

Two Nepalis died after being swept away by sea wave while they were fishing in Portugal on Tuesday.

The deceased have been identified as Shyam Waiba Tamang and Kamal Waiba Tamang of Dhading district. The two brothers had gone missing while they were fishing in the seaside at Boca do Inferno of Cascais area.

They had arrived in Portugal some nine months ago and were involved in restaurant business.

Chairperson of Tamang Samaj Portugal Sunita Blon Tamang said that decision on whether or not to send the dead bodies back to Nepal has yet to be taken.
