Australia’s minimum wage to rise from October 1


Melbourne, Australia – Australia’s minimum wage is set to rise. The minimum wage will increase from October 1.

Now the wages of those working in the designated areas will increase by 5.2 percent. That category includes adult workers employed in the aviation, tourism and hospitality sectors.
