City Express Australia waives service charge for urgent money transfers to Nepal


Melbourne, Australia:

City Express Money Transfer Australia has waived its service charge for customers who need to transfer money to their families and friends in Nepal affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Issuing a Press Release, City Express has said that any amount sent urgently from Australia will be deposited in the recipient’s account within 30 minutes of transfer. With more than 40 districts under prohibitory orders, City Express will manage funds transfer to the recipient’s account via ESewa Wallet.

According to City Express Australia’s Director Samip Katuwal, the initiative was introduced in a bid to provide immediate relief to family member’s who have been affected due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To use this facility, customers will have to simply log on to City Transfer’s website or mobile application, and then transfer the funds thereon.
