Melbourne, Australia – A shooting has taken place in Sydney . A 9-year-old girl was shot and injured by a group at around 5:50 pm on Friday.
Police are now searching for people involved in the incident. One person involved in the shooting is already in custody. However, according to investigators, another person was also involved in the incident. Emergency services were called to a house in Connell’s Point at around 5:50 pm on Friday after reports of five shots being fired.
Police had started first aid for the nine-year-old girl before the ambulance paramedics arrived. He was taken to Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick with a chest injury. Taylor was unpacking the car with her mother and two brothers. At the same time, he was shot by the occupants of the vehicle.
The mother and two other children are safe.
