Horrible Road Accident in Brisbane, Car hitting Power Pole


Melbourne, Australia – A terrible accident has occurred in Brisbane. More than 1,800 people were left in the dark after a crash in Brisbane’s southwest left a woman dead on Saturday night.

Preliminary investigation by the police showed that a car traveling on Inla Avenue in Inla lost control and crashed into a power pole at around 7:30 pm on Saturday. The crash was so severe that the car broke into two pieces. Police have confirmed that a 39-year-old woman in the car has died.

Electricity was cut off in the area overnight due to a car hitting an electric pole. It is said that electricity has been restored since Sunday morning. Police investigation into the incident is ongoing. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to come forward by contacting Crime Stoppers.

Female deaths continue a worrying trend on Queensland roads this year. According to state records, 300 people have died in road accidents.

As of August 14, 2022, 193 people have died on Queensland’s roads. Which is 15 more than the same time last year.
