A 16-year-old girl has been raped in Bhaktapur. Police have arrested Tika Raj Katuwal, 27, of Changunarayan Municipality-9 on Sunday on charges of raping her.
According to police, the girl was raped by Kutwal at a resort in Suryabinayak Municipality-10, Chittapol. Upon receiving the news, the police on duty from Jagati arrested him. Police are conducting further investigation into the incident.
