Baglung Municipality Ward 1,2, 3 and 4 have been sealed for a week from tonight to contain the spread of COVID-19.
An all-party meeting chaired by Chief District Officer Suresh Neupane decided to take the decision to close down the wards. Except emergency services, all services would remain closed for a week.
CDO Neupane however shared that the shops for daily consumable goods would open from 7 am to 9 am every day. The corona infection rate is increasing in the municipality as the bazaar area alone has over 25 active cases of virus.
