Budget for FY 2021/22: Rs 350 m allocated to expand PADT master plan


The government has allocated Rs 350 million budget to extend the master plan of Pashupati Area Development Trust (PDTA). The budget introduced today has mentioned that the heritages reconstruction and preservation bid would be extended.
Similarly, Rs 1.50 billion has been allocated to complete the Lumbini Development Master Plan.
The budget has stated to forward the process to enlist Janakpur based Janaki Temple Area and Tilaurakot area of Kapilvastu districts in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Likewise, budget has been allocated to establish the Ram Temple in Ayodhyapuri of Chitwan district.
The budget has mentioned to complete the under construction cultural museum in Kirtipur by two years.
Similarly, budget has been allocated to forward the master plan to develop the religious touristic sites in Pathibhara, Halesi, Gadhimai, Swargadwari and Chandannath as well.
