The Chief District Officers of the three districts of the Kathmandu Valley and security authorities are holding meetings daily to frame measures to check the spread of COVID-19.
Meanwhile, the decision regarding extending the ongoing prohibitory order would be taken until tomorrow evening.
“We will reach a conclusion regarding the time frame for which the restrictions would be extended by tomorrow,” said Prem Prasad Bhattarai, Bhaktapur CDO.
He added that discussion regarding the strategies to be implemented to control the surging infection rate of the virus was held in today’s meeting.
