Chairman of CPN-UML and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli said that Nepali’s dream of prosperous Nepal was being fulfilled with the increased pace of development activities in the nation.
He stressed the need for effective management and planning for the smooth implementation of development projects across the country.
Addressing a programme organised to distribute keys of houses to 35 deprived families in Jhapa constituency no. 5, Oli said, “The view tower here is an example that Nepalis are competent in building infrastructures like in developed countries.” The progreamme was organised in the vicinity of view tower being constructed in Damak.
He said that the government should now pay attention to developing new cities in a well-planned manner. “I request the locals to uninterruptedly cooperate in developing the areas around the view tower and help in building roads, sewage, public areas, playgrounds, and schools among others.”
Chairman Oli also said that he was committed to fulfilling the promises made with the locals of his constituency during the election. “I have not forgotten the commitments I made during the election. My only dream and resolution is to bring happiness in the faces of all Nepalis,” he added.
He also asserted that his party would lead the government after the upcoming election.
Nepal’s tallest view tower is being constructed in Dapgachi of Damak Municipality-3 in Jhapa with the initiatives made by former PM Oli.
