Three bills related to the annual budget, namely the Financial Bill 2078, Bill relating to Mobilize Internal Loans 2078 and Appropriations Bill 2078, have been endorsed by the House of Representatives (HoR) amidst the obstruction of the UML lawmakers.
Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota presented the bills for voting after Finance Minister Janardan Sharma tabled them in the House.
The bills were endorsed by a majority of the votes in the House.
