The NC then in opposition later joined the government with two ministers from the party as per latest agreement for power sharing with CPN (Maoist Centre).
It is said NC parliamentary party leader Jivan Bahadur Shahi is becoming the new CM as per agreement among NC, Maoist Centre and CPN (Unified Socialist).
