Miss Nepal Namrata Shrestha has initiated a process to construct a suspension bridge in Nilkantha Municipality, Dhading.
She is building the bridge under one of the important titles, ‘Beauty with Purpose’, for this year’s Miss World Beauty Contest. Shrestha is representing Nepal in the beauty pageant.
The foundation stone of the bridge was laid on Saturday.
She intends to make life of the people of Nilkantha Municipality easier by building a 73-metre suspension bridge, said Hidden Treasure.
The bridge is expected to complete before December.
Shrestha is now preparing for the 70th edition of the Miss World pageant to be held at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on December 16 this year.
Miss Nepal Shrinkhala Khatiwada and Anushka Shrestha have won the most popular title Beauty with Purpose in the two editions of the Miss World in 2018 and 2019.
