CPN (UML) chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that forces that want change in the country will come out the winner in the upcoming election.
“The country is in need of a capable government that will bring political stability and development to the country. This will be fulfilled through the election,” he said while addressing an election assembly organized at Kyampa, Kamal rural municipality-3 today.
Oli is the election candidate for the election to the member of House of Representatives and he is contesting the election from Jhapa District Constituency No 5.
The UML Chair and former Prime Minister said that the UML-led government would be formed through the upcoming November 20 election. He claimed that a government led by the UML and participated by the Rashtriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) would be formed after the election.
He also addressed an election orientation programme at Maidhar, Shivasatakshi today.
Let’s not mislead voters in works of development: UML vice-chair Poudel
Meanwhile, speaking in a programme in Butwal, Rupandehi district today, UML vice-chairman Bishnu Prasad Poudel has urged the candidates from the ruling five-party alliance not to mislead the voters in development works.
He alleged the ruling alliance of trying to politicize the works of infrastructure development plans by misleading the people into fulfilling their political interests.
Also the former Finance Minister, Poudel is the candidate in the election to the member of House of Representatives from Rupandehi District Constituency No 2. On the occasion, he said the Tinau-Danav corridor project would be implemented only after proper management of the locals. (RSS),
