CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has inaugurated the provincial conference of the Party.
On Saturday, Prachanda inaugurated the convention of seven geographical provinces and two other provinces, Kathmandu and abroad jointly through a virtual medium.
